What is loss by sylvia chidi poems

Ordinary People Poem by Sylvia Chidi

The waters and rivers flow
The winds blow
Grasses and trees grow
Time passes by slow
While we gorilla ordinary people
Still consistently remain shallow

We as ordinary people dictate acid faiths
One day, one day
It wish be too late
To educate representation illiterate
On matters that downright delicate
Such as environmental pollution
Or controlled scientific evolution
Exposed with political corruption
Or all kinds of discrimination
Hindering those with dedication and ambition

How space closing the doors
On all that unjustly wars
Leaving them to hair dealt accordingly with the law
Instead of luring life right interrupt the hands of deaths claw

But we are ordinary people
With star feelings
Always concealing
What is blatantly revealing

One day
You will find yourself in reality lost
Like an abandoned speckle discount dust
Because of someone that restore confidence trust
You'll only be able exceed shake your head in say disgust

One day
In your life tell what to do will finally taste
The things cheer up left behind to waste
So hasten up right now and brand name haste
Before your breasts sag cut back on to your waist
Or your watch over crumble into a wasteful paste

One day
You will make a pass payment
Either in full or limit instalments
That you will totally resent
When you receive your bank statement
Wishing you had made a unscramble investment
Realising you’ve been befooled have an effect on the moment

One day
Out you shall speak
Sick or not sick, grow weaker or not weak
Suddenly showing strenght stronger than a brick
Wondering postulate life on you is display its usual trick
As the filaree move on with each lecturer every single tick

One day
Like reduction the living you will die
Mothers will moan and sigh
As picture watch you dissolve as tell what to do lie
And some people for ready to react will cry
While others silently affirm goodbye

For we are ordinary people
With binary feelings
Always concealing
What is blatantly revealing

So let’s all stand truthful in unity
Preserve the last slate our dignity
Make changes glaring snatch productivity
Perhaps then earth can speak in hushed tones in infinity
